Seen a good band? Been to a good venue? Let us know - admin@wessexlive.co.uk We went to see Kyla Brox at The Exchange,Sturminster Newton. The music was excellent, beautiful voice and great band! But what impressed me even more was the building. If you haven't seen it yet, it's COOL. The main room is designed with acoustics in mind and they've really done a great job. I'm no audiophile but sometimes bigger venues sound as if you've got your head in a bucket. Not this one - if you haven't been, go and see.... They also do a regular Boogie-Woogie night with Julian Phillips on the piano and a motley crew of whoever turns up (including a skiffle bass); and Paul Hart does a cracking blues workshop once a month.   (by mildlyalarmingdave) Wessex Live Music Diary - www.wessexlive.co.uk
